Compassionate Counselling for All

Our mission is to offer a warm, compassionate space where children, young people, and adults feel safe, supported, and truly listened to. We believe each person has the capacity to grow and heal, and we are here to hold space for you as you explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences in a way that feels right for you.

This is a space where you can come exactly as you are. My person-centred approach is based on the belief that you are the expert in your own life, and my role is to walk alongside you with warmth, empathy, and understanding as you make sense of what you are going through.
You will be listened to without judgement, pressure, or expectations. I aim to create a safe, supportive relationship where you can speak openly, feel truly heard, and explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace.
In this room there is no right or wrong.
Our services are offered online and face-to-face, as well as through group sessions/workshops depending on your need, we strive to meet you on your terms in your comfort.

I am an accredited Counsellor and Psychotherapist with a background in Applied Social Studies in Social Care. I offer a warm, supportive space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful change.
I work with people from a wide range of backgrounds, including neurodivergent clients, and tailor therapy to each person’s needs, strengths, and goals.
Alongside general counselling, I have a special interest in maternal and postnatal mental health, fertility journeys, and pregnancy loss. I provide compassionate support to help clients process grief, uncertainty, and change at their own pace.
I also have extensive experience in education, supporting students through personal, academic, and emotional challenges. This has deepened my understanding of the pressures faced by young people and adults in learning environments.
My practice is trauma-informed, respectful, and non-judgemental. By combining evidence-based approaches with empathy and authenticity, I help clients build resilience, gain insight, and move towards healing and wellbeing.
The Listening Room was set up to make you felt empowered, supported and heard, when you’re ready to talk.

The first step is often the hardest, but here we try to make it as simple and seamless as possible.
